Privacy policy

This notice describes information handled by this Goldner Walsh website.

When you contact us

Our inquiry forms collect the details you enter, such as your name, email, phone number, event plans, or property address. We use these details to respond to your request and discuss the services you are interested in. Please avoid including payment card details or other sensitive information in a message.

Orders, inquiries, and our records

When you place an order, send an inquiry, or join our email list, we keep a record of it: your contact details, what you ordered or asked about, delivery or pickup details, and any card message or notes. We use these records to fulfill orders, answer questions, keep customer and event lists, and understand our sales. We keep them in our own database hosted by Cloudflare.

Service providers

Inquiries and order notifications are delivered to our team through Resend email. If you place an online order, Stripe processes payment information. Providers receive information needed to perform these services.

Shopping cart and site operation

Your browser stores the contents of your shopping cart so they remain available when you return. Removing items from the cart clears those items from browser storage. Our hosting services process technical request information, such as IP addresses, to operate and protect the website.

Analytics and session recording

We use PostHog to understand how visitors use this website and to find errors. PostHog stores an identifier in your browser and records pages viewed, clicks, and recordings of your visit. Recordings hide everything typed into form fields, and we do not send PostHog your name, email, or address. Learn more in PostHog’s privacy policy.

Security checks

We use Cloudflare Turnstile to protect checkout and forms from automated abuse. Cloudflare processes technical browser and network information for this security check. Learn more in Cloudflare’s privacy policy.

Links to other websites

Map and social-media links open services with their own privacy policies. Those services control the information they collect when you visit them.
